In a world in which a bottle of Ketchup has so many preservatives in it that it can sit on the table in a restaurant indefinitely and not spoil, we have to wonder what such preservatives do to our body.  The easy rode to produce good crops is to cave in to the use of insecticides, preservatives, and chemicals.  We have chosen a harder road, we take the extra time to protect our trees from disease, pestilence and other problems by using only natural and organic products, along with a great deal of personal care and prayer.  Our pecans are wholly and holy organic.
